Our magnificent crystal ball was correct! Mr. Jerry Perenchio is the new owner of the Reagan's Bel Air home, confirmed by The Hollywood Reporter yesterday evening.

As expected the trade was conducted off market and closed on June 23. Mr. Perenchio's ties to the Reagan's run deep, he is the Board President of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation.

We look for all the real estate obsessed like ourselves to be discussing this today, including Curbed and of course Your Momma who sill be knee deep in cocktails and Bel Air Dirt, over at Variety.
